Role overview
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide practical, respectful support that enables residents to live safely and independently in their own supported living environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support routines, wellbeing, and social engagement activities.
- Assist with appointments, shopping, and community access.
- Provide companionship and monitor day-to-day wellbeing.
- Keep clear, timely records aligned to service standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals.
Essential criteria
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable approach.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings/weekends where required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous UK care experience desirable but not essential.
