Role overview

We are seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead operational quality and governance across our supported living services, ensuring compliance with CQC expectations and internal quality frameworks.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead service quality, audits, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensure robust safeguarding and risk management systems.
  • Oversee staffing, supervision, training, and performance standards.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC, MCA, and best-practice guidance.
  • Develop effective relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.

Essential criteria

  • Substantial UK leadership experience in adult social care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection readiness.
  • Excellent governance, documentation, and people-management skills.
  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/desirable).
