Role overview
We are seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead operational quality and governance across our supported living services, ensuring compliance with CQC expectations and internal quality frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Lead service quality, audits, and continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure robust safeguarding and risk management systems.
- Oversee staffing, supervision, training, and performance standards.
- Maintain compliance with CQC, MCA, and best-practice guidance.
- Develop effective relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
Essential criteria
- Substantial UK leadership experience in adult social care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection readiness.
- Excellent governance, documentation, and people-management skills.
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/desirable).
